Federal Tyres had an excellent debut at Tokyo Auto Salon held from Jan. 10th to Jan. 12th and successfully became one of the most eye-catching booths in Tokyo Auto Salon. Federal gratefully appreciates the participation of everyone to share the joy of Federal 60th anniversary.

In the show, the Taiwan manufacturer not only showcased its comprehensive ranges of Federal products for all application, but also launched the Federal Motorsports line-ups (FMS) on display. 595 series, Federal’s highly acclaimed UHP series, appealed to the eye of the visitors and received many positive feedbacks. Moreover, Federal took this chance meeting with local partners and strengthened its foothold in Japan.

Four cars were on exhibit at the booth. Two of Federal Sponsored Asian Cross Country Rally cars- Toyota FJ Cruiser and HiAce gave a great demonstration of Federal prestigious series COURAGIA products- M/T and XUV. Toyota 86 was also showcased to match with Federal outstanding Avante FZ-201, the most competitive product for motorsports competition. Last but not the least, equipping with specially designed 595 RPM for supercar, special edition convertible Lamborghini LP700-4 Spyder brightened the Federal booth.

Federal girls, one of highlight at the booth, enlightened Federal booth not only as focus of spotlight but also as ambassadors of Federal, interacting with visitors via booth activities. To share the joy of 60th anniversary, Federal prepared 800 “Fukubukuro” (lucky bag) to wish every attendee having lucky and prosperous 2014. Another feature of the stand is the exclusive show-up of Federal mascot, Feddi, in Japan. He was shooting photos with the visitors and having fun with kids, showing the passion and energy on behalf of Federal.

Federal also provides a series of talk shows interviewing the famous Japanese drivers, Hiroyuki Iiri (Former Super GT Champion), Takatsugu AOKI (world rally driver) and Eiji YAMADA (driver of Super GT, Super Taikyu), talking about their driving experience in competitions. The most famous Taiwanese female rally driver, Roslyn Shen, also came and joined the talk show sharing her experience in Asia Cross Country Rally. Moreover, they talked about their positive feedback on using Federal products, which assists the spectators in better understanding Federal and its varied ranges.
Federal Tyres Marketing Manager, Geoffrey Chang, says, “Taking Tokyo Auto Salon as the first stop for Federal diamond jubilee celebration, Federal feels honored that we had the opportunity to get closer contact with everyone in Japan.” He emphasizes that Federal values Japanese market and he adds, “ this show provides a great platform for Federal and the visitors to know each other better and Federal will continuously develop latest products to keep up with the times and meet our clients’ expectation as Federal promises “Always Innovation, Always Breakthrough”.
